Richard Sutherland has a minimum of 20 years experience in the construction industry.  Along with extensive home remodeling here in Sacramento, Richard has been involved in home restoration while in New Orleans.  He has gone through considerable training and is required to receive continuing education each year. Along with his company, Safeguard Home Inspection Group, Richard is also the owner of Kiwi Ingenuity Handyman Services.
